Since Sheryl Crow thinks we should only use
one square of toilet paper for conservation purposes as well as use a "dining sleeve" instead of a napkin, I have a suggestion for her:
She can eat her used toilet paper. It's natural recycling! And as creepy skinny as she is, it'll probably be filling, too! And, if she's still hungry, I'm sure there are fans that'd be more than happy to send theirs to her as well.
Think it'll work?
Much is made of country songs and their penchant for trucks, heartbreak, prison. These sentiments are probably best typified (parodied?) by the song "You Never Even Called Me By My Name" by
David Allan Coe. Country songs often tell great stories and sometimes, they just pull you in from the beginning with a great opening line. Two come immediately to mind:
"I got an empty feeling when that moving van pulled up,
It got a whole lot emptier as I watched them fill that truck."
from the song "Maybe We Should Just Sleep On It" by
Tim McGraw. All I can say to that is "no kidding!"
"You were the first thing that I thought of when I
thought I'd drink you off my mind"
from the song "Killin' Time" by
Clint Black. All I can say to that one is "Amen, brother!"

I've figured out the actual cause of error message "The virtual machine is using a video mode that is too large for your monitor" and a way to solve the problem without a reboot. Consider the following scenario:
You have 3 computers: a work PC (a physical machine), a home PC (also a physical machine), and a VPC running on your work PC. You have a nice big 20" monitor at work and set the video mode on the VPC to a resolution to take advantage of your work PC's display capabilities (say, 1600x1200). It's capabilities, however, are beyond that of your home PC display (say it's only a 17" monitor that can only handle a lower resolution, say 1440x900). From home, you remote desktop to your office PC (a physical machine) that is running your VPC. When you attempt to maximize the virtual PC, you'll get the error message mentioned above. This happens because the resolution on the VPC is bigger than your capability on your home PC but within the capability of your office PC. Simply change your VPC resolution to a size within the capabilities of your home monitor - full screen should then work.
One point: if you are using your home PC and remote desktopping to your work PC to use a virtual PC, why not remote desktop directly to the virtual PC? One scenario you wouldn't want to do that is when your virtual PC is using a VPN client that won't allow inbound connections - in that case you can remote desktop to your work PC and use the VPC from there. But if possible, just enable remote connections to your VPC and remote desktop directly.

If you're reading this, you've probably encountered an error using Virtual PC 2007 that says something to the effect:
The virtual machine is using a video mode that is too large for your monitor.
If you're seeing this and you haven't tried rebooting, reboot. It solved the issue for me. Seems like an easy fix, but I spent 20 minutes googling the error message before trying the obvious.
